• Rates are for 2 guests. Except the Family Cottage rates are for 4 guests, but allows up to 6 guest
• Rates do not include 5% government tax
• Christmas Week Rates: Available upon request. Please contact our Reservations Department.
• Maid service is included (Villa Iguana & Villa Catherine: no maid service on Sun- and Holidays)
• Arrival time at hotel is required

Please be aware of our cancellation policy.  Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy as stated below. We recommend to take a travel insurance to cover your costs in the case of a sudden cancellation.

Summer and Winter Reservation Policy

Deposit of 3 nights (5 nights in February) is required to confirm the reservation — Visa & Mastercard only
Deposit of 30% is required for longer stays (+10 nights).

Check-in and Check-out Policy

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM
• Check-out time is Noon

Cancellation Policy

ONE NIGHT STAY ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

WINTER:

Deposit forfeited in case of cancellation with less than 45 days (60 days in February) notice before arrival date.
No-show or early departure: no refund // 100 Euros – 150 Euros for Feb. penalty for all cancellations

SUMMER:

Deposit forfeited in case of cancellation with less than 30 days notice before arrival date.
No-show or early departure: no refund // 60 Euros penalty for all cancellations
