- All rates are per night.
- Rates are for 2 guests. The Family Cottage rate is for 4 guests and allows up to 6 guests.
- Rates do not include 5% government tax.
- Christmas Week rates: available upon request, please contact our Reservations Department.
- Maid service is included (Villa Iguana & Villa Catherine: no maid service on Sundays and holidays).
- Arrival time at the hotel is required.

Please be aware of our cancellation policy. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly, so we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy as stated below. We recommend taking travel insurance to cover your costs in case of a sudden cancellation.
Summer & winter reservation policy
- A deposit of 3 nights (5 nights in February) is required to confirm the reservation: Visa & Mastercard only.
- A deposit of 30% is required for longer stays (over 10 nights).
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time is noon.
Cancellation policy
One-night stays are not refundable.
Winter
- Deposit forfeited for cancellations with less than 45 days notice (60 days in February) before the arrival date.
- No-show or early departure: no refund. A penalty of €100 (€150 in February) applies to all cancellations.
Summer
- Deposit forfeited for cancellations with less than 30 days notice before the arrival date.
- No-show or early departure: no refund. A €60 penalty applies to all cancellations.
