• Rates are for 2 guests. Except the Family Cottage rates are for 4 guests, but allows up to 6 guest
• Rates do not include 5% government tax
• Christmas Week Rates: Available upon request. Please contact our Reservations Department.
• Maid service is included (Villa Iguana & Villa Catherine: no maid service on Sun- and Holidays)
• Arrival time at hotel is required

Please be aware of our cancellation policy.  Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy as stated below. We recommend to take a travel insurance to cover your costs in the case of a sudden cancellation.

Current covid situation: Deposits will be refunded or hold for a future stay only if you have to cancel your reservation due to:

• the border closure of your country of residence  or the borders
• the airport of your country of residence or the one of Saint Barthelemy
• total lockdown of your country of residence or Saint Barthelemy making it impossible to travel

If you are unfortunately tested positive for Covid before travelling, your deposit will be forfeited.

Summer and Winter Reservation Policy

Deposit of 3 nights (5 nights in February) is required to confirm the reservation — Visa & Mastercard only
Deposit of 30% is required for longer stays (+10 nights).

Check-in and Check-out Policy

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM
• Check-out time is Noon

Cancellation Policy

ONE NIGHT STAY ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

WINTER:

Deposit forfeited in case of cancellation with less than 45 days (60 days in February) notice before arrival date.
No-show or early departure: no refund // 100 Euros – 150 Euros for Feb. penalty for all cancellations

SUMMER:

Deposit forfeited in case of cancellation with less than 30 days notice before arrival date.
No-show or early departure: no refund // 60 Euros penalty for all cancellations
